01What is your minimum order quantity?+

Standard MOQ is 50 units per model. Smaller pilot orders can be discussed for first-time partners.

02Can you ship under our own brand?+

Yes. Full ODM and private-label service: logo, decals, packaging, manuals and certification documents under your brand.

03Which certifications do your bikes carry?+

All EU-bound models meet EN15194, CE, EMC and RoHS. UL2849 available on request for North-American programs.

04How long from order to shipment?+

Typical lead time is 45-60 days after PI confirmation, depending on customization and component availability.
